Alicia Witt began performing music onscreen at a young age however, she's most well-known for her work as an actress. She has also performed as a vocalist and song writer. After working mainly as piano player, she came out with her own EP which showcased her obvious ties to such artists as Elton John and Billy Joel as well as a confident and warm voice that matched the music. Revisionary History - her debut album - was produced by Ben Folds and released in the year 2015. The Conduit, her debut album with co-producers in 2021 came out in the following year, Revisionary History. The first time Alicia Witt appeared on screen was in 1984 when she played Alia Atreides in David Lynch's Dune adaptation. It's not surprising that, being only ten years old, she was pigeonholed into acting despite the fact that she'd been playing piano since she was a teenager. While she appeared on screen more than she was on stage, her professional career as a musician did not commence until the year 1995.
